How we make money

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you buy through one, the company pays us a commission. You pay the same price.

How to spot them

Affiliate links point to an address starting with software4pro.com/go/ and sit next to a short note saying we earn a commission. They are marked as sponsored for search engines.

What commissions don't change

• Test results. They come from logged measurements, not from deals.
• Rankings. A product with a lower commission, or none, can and does rank above one that pays more.
• What we publish. Companies cannot pay to be reviewed, to remove a review or to change a verdict.

Free accounts

We pay for the software we test. If a company gives us an account for free, the review says so.
